1. The site and services
taussig.ai is the website of Taussig, an AI consulting company. We offer consulting services (ETL, AI strategy, SEO audits) and develop the Argus product (currently in private beta). Use of consulting services is governed by individual engagement agreements.
2. Argus waitlist
Joining the Argus product waitlist does not create a contract, guarantee of access, or entitlement to the product or any specific features. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use this site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
- Impersonate Taussig or any of its personnel
4. Intellectual property
All content on taussig.ai - including the Taussig name, mark, design system, and copy - is owned by Brad Aurisch and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Taussig and Brad Aurisch are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use this site or its services.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
9. Paid services - delivery and refunds
Taussig offers paid assessment services. Signal Strength - $1,150 AUD inc. GST. Delivered within 24 hours of context submission.
Delivery: Assessment reports are delivered within the timeframe stated on the service page. If a longer timeframe is required due to site complexity, we will notify you within one business day of payment.
Refunds: If we fail to deliver your assessment report within the stated timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. No refunds are available after delivery of the completed report. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5 business days of the request.
Scope: Each assessment covers the site URL provided at the time of purchase. The scope, methodology, and deliverables are as described on the relevant service page at the time of purchase.
10. Use of site content for AI training
The content on taussig.ai is published for human readers and AI systems that cite their sources. You may not use this content to train, fine-tune, or improve machine learning models without written permission. Automated scraping for training datasets is prohibited. AI search engines that attribute and link to source content (such as Perplexity, ChatGPT browse, or Google Gemini) are welcome to cite this content.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
